SHIPPING AND RETURNS

What countries do you ship to?
For BBQPARTSHUB.COM we ship only within the United States. At this time we do not ship to any other countries.

Do you ship to Canada?
We currently do not ship to Canada.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes. We ship to P.O. boxes.

Do I need to be home to accept the package?
If the Carrier or Driver attempts delivery and no one is home, they may find a safe spot for your package like a porch, garage, or security desk. Otherwise, they leave a delivery notice for pick up at the post office.

How much is shipping and handling?
For the 48 contiguous states, shipping for orders over $10 is free and for orders less than $10 there is a shipping charge of $9.99. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is $29.99 regardless of the order value.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders of $10 or more are shipped free of charge.

Can I pick up my order in-person?
No. Our warehouse is not set up for in-person pickups, returns, or exchanges.

When will I receive my order?
In-stock items usually ship within one business day, but delivery times may vary by location. You can track your order for the most precise estimate using the provided tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

How do I track my shipment?
Upon shipment of your order, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you with a unique tracking number. Copy and paste this number into the carrier's website's 'Track A Package' field to view your package's status and estimated delivery time.

I received a damaged part. What should I do?
If a part is received damaged, please email us (support@bbqpartshub.com) your order information, a description of the damages, and attach digital images of the damaged items. We are happy to assist you. Damaged items will be replaced at no cost to you.

I received the wrong part. What should I do?
If you believe you have received a part in error, please email us (support@bbqpartshub.com) anytime, or click the chat window at the right bottom of our website. We are happy to review your order with you. We will normally reply within 1-2 working days.

What is the return policy?
We have 30-day hassle-free money back guarantee: If the part does not fit, you can return it for a refund within 30-days. Accessories can also be returned provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To view the complete return policy and procedures please click here.

I received my order, but it is incomplete.
While most orders are shipped in their entirety, individual items from some multi-item orders may be shipped as they become available. Sometimes your order will be split into multiple packages and be shipped. If you believe that you are missing an item from your order please email us anytime, or click the chat window at the right bottom of our website. We are happy to review your order with you. We will normally reply within 1-2 working days.

 

PLACING AN ORDER AND IDENTIFYING PARTS AND MODELS

Can I place a phone order?
We currently do not support a phone order.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, and PayPal. We do not accept cheques or money orders, and COD ordering is not available.

How do I determine the model number of my barbecue?
Find the manufacturer’s rating plate that includes the product model and serial number. You can usually find the rating plate screwed or stamped onto the unit, or a white model label, typically on the back or side of the BBQ cart, or on the inside of the cart door. If you can't find it there, you can also check the owner’s manual, where you'll typically find this information on the front cover. If you're still having trouble finding the model number, just send us some pics of your entire grill and we'll be happy to help you out.

I can’t find the barbecue brand or model number or parts I am looking for on BBQPARTSHUB.
Our catalog includes thousands of parts for the most popular brands and models of barbecues and we do our best to keep it up to date. However, if you do not see the brand or model of your barbecue, please email us anytime (service@bbqpartshub.com), or click the chat window at the right bottom of our website. We are happy to help you find the parts you are looking for.

Do you sell conversion kits?
We do not sell conversion kits or provide advice on converting your grill from one fuel source to another. For all questions pertaining to converting your grill from propane to natural gas or vice versa please contact the manufacturer of your gas grill.

Discount Codes
Discount codes are redeemed at the start of the ordering process before your payment information has been entered. Simply enter your discount code in the discount section of the shopping cart. Next, click the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button. The discount will be factored into your order and will be reflected in your order summary.
